After leaving an emotionally toxic relationship, and finally learning self-love, Ivy is now dedicated to promoting mental wellness and reducing stigma around mental illness by sharing her personal story through her blog, Beautifully Simply You, to empower others to speak their truths, continue to fight for their tomorrow and know that we are never alone.
